the room was very clean. the position is also close to city center and shops. the staff was cute and polite to me. they answered all my questions about local attractions.
the front door looked like kicked and therefore boarded up.

location was super central to everything, a real time saver! staff are friendly and check-in process went smoothly. i got free upgrade to a bigger room and daily room service kept the place super clean!

The location was great! it was close to the venue. The staff members were also quite friendly. They answered all my questions.
The main door had damage. it looked like it had been kicked in. Hot water taps did not work in the bathrooms. This was disappointing

The staff offered a warm welcome and efficiently handled all inquiries I presented. The location is certainly convenient, situated near the city center and various shops. I received a complimentary room upgrade. This was a pleasant surprise. My room had very clean, comfy beds.
The area outside the hotel could use a bit of tidying.

the cleanliness caught me by surprise, rooms felt really fresh. beds was really comfy, important after travel. check in happened without problems, and help was offered when needed.
